Mary Pippins place general practitioners, allied health clinicians, practice managers and the administrative teams underneath them, across Australia. Pip Clark has been doing it for close to twenty years, permanent roles only, and the business runs on discretion.
That last part is the brief. A recruiter’s website is a form with a story around it: someone senior, quietly looking, decides in one sitting whether to hand over their CV. So the enquiry path got the engineering attention. The CV comes attached to the first message rather than chased over email, and the enquiry is written to storage before anything is sent — if Mailgun is having a bad morning, the business loses a notification, not a candidate.
Around it, four sectors each get enough room to be recognised by the person who works in one, and the whole site is prerendered on Cloudflare Workers with a single on-demand route. The brand came with it: the umbrella mark, the flight line, and a brand sheet and email signature the team can use without asking anyone.
An enquiry cannot be lost
Every enquiry is written to R2 storage before delivery is attempted, so a mail outage costs a notification rather than a candidate. Anything that fails to send is marked in place and can be swept later.
The CV arrives with the enquiry
Candidates attach their CV to the first message instead of being emailed for it afterwards. Type and size are checked, and Turnstile keeps the whole thing from becoming a spam funnel.
Static until it has a reason not to be
Every page is prerendered and served from Cloudflare’s edge. Exactly one route runs on demand — the one that receives an enquiry.
