Millbrooke is a Sydney commercial cleaning and facility management firm with ten service disciplines and three pillars it sells on: compliance, sustainability, and people. None of that needs a database.
The old site was WordPress, which meant plugin updates, security patching, and a stack of moving parts sitting underneath what is, in the end, a set of pages that change a few times a year.
Rebuilt as a static Astro site on Cloudflare, it has no database, no admin login to defend, and nothing that can break itself overnight. The contact form runs as a Cloudflare function with honeypot spam handling, so even that did not need a plugin. It is the clearest example in this set of a site that was on WordPress out of habit rather than need.

No database and no plugins means no plugin update breaking the site on a Tuesday, and no security patching to stay on top of.

The service range is wide, so the site had to make each discipline findable without turning the navigation into a wall.
